PENGARUH KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN PEJABAT ADMINISTRATOR DI PROVINSI JAMBI
Abstract
Managerial Competence and Emotional Intelligence are important aspects for a leader in running an organization. This study aims to analyze the magnitude of influence; 1) Managerial Competence for Leadership Styles; 2) Emotional Intelligence on Leadership Style 3) Managerial Competence and Emotional Intelligence on Leadership Style. This research uses quantitative methods. The conclusions of the study: 1) there is an influence between managerial competence on the Leadership Style with the results of ρy1 0, 559, t arithmetic> t table (7.948> 1.66), 2) There is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on the Leadership Style, ρy2 results of 0.419 t arithmetic (5,956)> t table (1.66 3) There is a positive influence on Managerial Competence and Emotional Intelligence variables on Leadership Style, Regression Test Results obtained Fcount (1000,936)> Ftable (3.91) probability value (sig) 0,000b <0.05 means that Managerial Competence and Emotional Intelligence together positively influence the Leadership Style.
Abstrak
Kompetensi Manajerial dan Kecerdasan Emosional merupakan aspek penting bagi seorang pemimpin dalam menjalankan organisasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh; 1) Kompetensi Manajerial terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan; 2) Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan dan 3) Kompetensi Manajerial dan Kecerdasan Emosional secara bersama-sama terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi manajerial terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan hasil ρy1 sebesar 0 ,559 dengan t hitung 7,948 dan Sig 0,000 t tabel 1,66, jadi t hitung > t tabel ( 7,948 > 1,66), 2). Terdapat pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan, dengan hasil ρy2 sebesar 0,419 dengan t hitung 5,956 dan Sig 0,000 t tabel 1,66, jadi t hitung > t tabel ( 5,956 > 1,66), 3) Terdapatnya pengaruh positif secara bersama-sama variabel Kompetensi Manajerial (X1) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan (Y), dengan membandingkan nilai probabilitas (sig) hasil perhitungan dengan taraf signifikan < 0,05. Hasil Uji Regresi diperoleh nilai Fhitung 1000,936 > Ftabel 3,91 dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) 0,000b < 0,05 berarti Kompetensi Manajerial (X1) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan (Y) dengan hasil signifikan.
